MONDAY MORNING

Got up at 6 and did the Miracle Mile with Leslie Sansone. Ugh! I'm a sweaty mess.

Boy is it great to get back in routine. After returning from vacation last Monday, i did nothing for the whole week. I was totally exhausted and a little under the weather. But today up at 5:15, Did my 2 mile walk/job and 15 minute workout. It felt sooo good. I obviously need the routine of it all. Plus my body was feeling squishy. I was wringing wet. Though I would never cool down.

Did 4.5 miles today after a lonngggg layoff despite having a headache when I woke up, a slight pull in my leg and 2 dogs that I hadn't a clue if they would attack or not-one so nicely scrapped up some roadkill and then brought it to me and kept mashing it against my hand while I stood there frozen, unsure if he was going to think I was a tastier morsel than the RK!:eek: Luckily, they went away without incident!

Didn't want to go out today, got home late, it was hot, pulled a muscle in my neck that goes into my shoulder, just didn't feel like going - BUT I WENT!!!!:spin: Did 4.5 miles and despite it taking just under 1 hour, slower than I'd of liked, at least I went:D

Must of been one of the hottest exercise sessions yet. Got in 4.5 miles in 52:37, better time than earlier this week, but just abuot killed me in the process!!

Did 4.5 miles, only walked due to high winds today, took me exactly one hour.

Got in my 4.5 miles in a decent time of 49:57:D

TOTAL FOR THE WEEK 22.5 miles:)

Started back on my treadmill. Have done 15 min. for three days in a row.
