It was my first year of college and I had gained 20 pounds going from 140 to 160, by the time I was in my second year of college around xmas time I began working out doing Carmen Electra video's (yes I did Carmen video's they were fun lol) and then going for a 20 to 30 minute jog afterwards. I'd say I worked out 3 to 5 times week and I got to my goal back down to 140...
So here I am 5'5, 185 pound and 24 years old and i'm at my heaviest weight i've ever been. Now the worst part is of course I know what I weight but to have everyone else around me tell me how fat I've gotten has become really annoying. I wouldn't even really say i'm fat I would say I'm chubby but hearing it over and over again whether it's from family or just rude people i've had enough and it's time to go back down to my fabulous weight of 140 and feel great about myself again and fit into my skinny jeans.
