Hi ladies! I'm restarting Weight Watchers after a nearly 2-year absence (yes I put my 15 lbs loss back on
). I remember these forums being way better than the official WW ones, so it's good to be back! I've been looking for a good short-term challenge, and it looks like this one will fit the bill...I'd like to lose 20 lbs by April 1st.
The changes I'm making this time around include starting my exercise program right off (rather than waiting until a month or two in) and staying away from those frozen meals -- I'm focusing on nutrition above all else with my food!
I'll put up more about me later, but for now: I'm married, one 16-yr-old son, and two stepsons in their twenties, my DH is very supportive, and I'm going to be 50 this year! Ack!
I hope it's not too late to join!
