I feel as though I grew up associating being attractive with being tall and thin, with large breasts, and expected myself to look a certain way regardless of height, body shape, boob size or any other things that make you unique.
We need to aspire to realistic celebrity role models, rather than expecting ourselves to suddenly morph into leggy, 5'10'' supermodels once we're at goal.
Who is your celebrity role model?
Mine is Anna Paquin. We have similar body types, so I feel like I can actually aspire to her body without it being unrealistic. She's 5'5", has small breasts, a healthy butt, and looks really strong in addition to being thin.
Although I would necessarily consider them my role models, per se, I would have to say Jennifer Garner and Sandra Bullock. Both have amazing talent and they both strike me as very healthy ladies.

I saw an article recently that listed Sandra Bullock in the top 13 celebrity yo-yo dieters. Included were two photos, a "fat" and a "normal" shot of her. I honestly couldn't tell which was meant to be which. She looked the exact same size in both!

Oooh, Kate Winslet - that's a good one. The way she looks in 'The Holiday' ---I imagine my body looking like that when I get to goal. She looks so healthy and fit in that movie.
I'd have to say Drew Barrymore and Kate Winslet. Their bodies seem very real and beautiful - and I think that without the weight, my body would have about the same shape as theirs (which gives me hope).

But mine would have to be Khloe Kardashian. Lol! I get so much flack from people for that. But I think she is stunning and curvy and healthy looking. I am not a fan of "thin". I find it unattractive. I think women that are soft and curvy and voluptuous are divine! I want her body!!!
this doesn't really go along with the types we're talking about because she's stick thin..but i just LOVE Kristen Bell..she's so cute and upbeat and positive, and I would KILL to look like her, incidentally!!!

I was absolutely mesmerized by her in Revolutionary Road! The wardrobe they chose for her made her figure just pop. What a stunning creature.
I've always loved Catherine Zeta Jones. That flowing dark hair and those curves- love them!
