I placed my first order yesterday and I am so anxious to get started that I have been drinking slim fast today and trying to simulate the 5 and 1 program until my order arrives. I thought it might help to see what it is like even though the products are different....Any tips on the first week would be greatly appreciated.

hints............. eat all five of your medifast meals daily........ keep eating, they will start tasting better, I promise. Use your blender with some ice---makes them yummy. Also, you can use coffee in the morning for your shake liquid ( I used it cold, in the blender, like a frap!

Thank you, I was cautious and only ordered enough to get me through about a week. i am scared the taste will be too bad, I am very sensitive to the taste of proteing powder and soy. I am glad to hear it gets better with time. I ordered the banana creme and dark chocolate and some soup. I will definitely try the coffee trick I love cafe' mochas so I will add to the dark chocolate.
