I think that is one of the best books around for understanding the biology of this WOE. The menus come out to be alot like Protein Power- I guess the underlying science is so similar in the end, that you get low carb no matter how you slice it.

I think I will get my copy out today for a quick review for ideas.

Sue, I have a bad habit of working until I nod off at the desk! I don't get on unless Cody is in bed or doing something he doesn't want me around for, so I wind up with late nights here if I want to get anything done.
