Can someone please tell me how I can post a picture of myself? What size, that type of thing. DH is trying to scan in a picture of me and I'm not sure what size to tell him to make it. Then once we get that done, I need to figure out how to get it on here.

As far as size goes, it can be 76 x 76 pixels or 8000 bytes whichever is smaller. I just scanned mine in and then shrank it with my software.

As far as adding it, click on profile, edit options. Way at the bottom you'll see Avatar. That's what you want. Let me know if you have any trouble!!

Thanks Beth Anne, I really do appreciate it . It's not really a "progress" pic, as it was taken 8 years ago, but I would like to post it. It's the only picture I have of me at my "lightest" adult weight! The sad part is I was still 220 . I'm going to look this weekend for the scanner software.....
