General Diet Plans and Questions - weight watchers food exchange program

I was wondering if anyone is losing weight following the weight watchers exchange program. I lost 30 lbs when weight watchers was following this so I decided to go back to it after trying points and counting calories. I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the old journal or knew of a web site that had it on it .

This is the Smart Start program that was around in the 90's and gives printable pages of rules, exhanges, menus for week one, etc. Good Luck.
