Default Melba

Hey All -

I just started pre conditioning today. And maybe I am just slower than slow, but what is Melba toast? Googling it came up with a whole lot about an Australian singer liking thing toast :-) Are they just referring to eating half a piece of bread? That seems silly.

Thanks!

I like the garlic ones too, but I recently found white cheddar ones in Publix, with a $1.00 off coupon when you buy 2 boxes, and they were 2 for $4. Great deal! Yum.

The flavor I can't get enough of is the Spicy 3 Pepper. I can't wait until it's time to eat them..

I live in Fayetteville and our local walmart/harps carries only the sea salt, garlic and normal melba, I would love to know where in NWA you buy the Spicy 3 Pepper melba.

Tks

So sorry, I didn't realize I was asked this question...

LOL. I'm kind of embarrassed to answer this but I will...
I get them at a bent and dent store that sells expired bent and dented boxes and cans. This is the ONLY place I've found them.. BTW they are unopened and haven't been expired for to long.

Hey, I'm all for it...don't apologize...I saw a great report on such stores on CNN and how one can save a tremendous amount of money shopping in these stores and they are on the rise...didn't know we had on in NWA...do you want to share the name?
