WW Food and Point Issues - Are all "Points" by WW the same?

I just joined WW and am learning my way around. I am on the Momentum plan and have purchased the starter kit. My husband just bought me the WW Momentum Complete Cookbook with points.

My question? Over the years WW has had different plans with different names but most use points. If I have a cookbook for the Flex plan that has point values for each recipe, will these point values be the same as the Momentum plan?

should be. I still have my old Flex plan points calculators and they're the same as my new momentum ones

Oh thank you so much for answering! I've talked to several people of different ages this past week and they all were on or still are on WW but all the plans have different names but all use points.

I love some of the recipes in the older cookbook I have but needed to know if the points were the same.

I'd say no. The UK/IE and the US/CA definitely seem to have a different points calculation system somehow!
