Low Carb Archive - Which book is the best

Hello Everyone:
I am new to this list. My name is Anne I am a 45 year old mother
of 5 sons. I am looking at buying Suzanne's books. Which one
did you like the best if I were to choose 1 only or do you think I
need all three? I have listened to her tapes and I beleive this
diet is for me.:) Anne.
