Default Condiments etc.

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if the following items are allowed on the diet: Honey mustard, hot sauce (I use Sriracha) and A-1 sauce? If so how much can you use? Also, I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, is there a "spray limit"?

Thanks for your help!

no, no and no. None of those things are allowed, and for GOOD reason. The A-1 and Honey mustard has SUGAR in it. and the hot sauce (PROB) has high sodium. I believe a LITTLE bit of tobasco ight be allowed. The only condiment you are really allowed, in moderation, is YELLOW mustard. Really, this program is easy to follow. When in doubt, read the nutrition label. If it has sugar or salt, it is a nono. Good luck!! This program REALLY works!!

most of what you mentioned is not allowed. I have used tabasco sauce and that is listed as an allowed item. I have used el tapatio hot sauce also. It has a tad more sodium than tabasco but takes more spicy than tabasco (spicy as in hot pepper) Tabasco has a very vinegar-y taste to me. I Can't Believe it's Not Butter is also listed as an okay item, just use 1 serving (it says on the back of the bottle what the serving is.)

Thanks everyone. I've been using the butter spray quite a bit, I'll have to cut back.
