I'm hoping to get to goal by the end of the year Hoping to be overweight by some time in March at the latest. Also hopign to decide on final goal towards the end of this year but will aim for that in 2011.

Happy New Year Gals!

This is the year, when I don't stop 2 stone short of goal, get frustrated and end up putting it all back on again!!!
By the end of February, I intend to have reached my Goal weight.
By the end of 2010, I intend to have maintained my goal weight for nearly a year.

Good luck all

I've never been any good keeping resolutions either, but I have a really good feeling about this year. I think the most important thing I've learned in the last few months is how to forgive myself when I get off track. I feel differently about losing weight this time. I'm in in for the hard slog that it is - with all the ups and downs

My resolution is to feel like a different person by the end of the year. To not let my weight hold me back, to be more confident and to feel good about myself.
