Does it Work? - Waist Cinchers work?

i've heard mixed stuff about waist cinchers and as to whether or not they help you eat less. any one have experiance with it?

When you have one sure. Since you stomach isn't really able to expand that much.

I don't know, but I can't eat as much when my pants are too tight.
