Hi all MRC friends! I've been off for a long while but am getting back OP again. Going to resign on Thursday (for the third time). I am determined to make it work this time. It seems both the other times on MRC once I cheat I can never get back OP. I know MRC is a healthy sustainable weight loss program. So wish me luck!

THanks! I want to have more determination this time than I have ever had. I know what triggers me to go way off track and I am going to avoid those situations.

Welcome back! I just re-signed today! This is my 2nd time, and this time I talked DH into doing it with me. Since he and I are doing it together, I can't buy all the extras like Corti-Trim & Mrc 6 and such, but he and I both are excited about a new start.

Remember, It's not where you've been that will be your inspiration, but where you're going! You'll get there! Just keep going!

Thanks for all the support! I resigned for 17 weeks yesterday, they have me on Pre-con until Wednesday then I get my regular menu again.

This is my second time around and I'm with you, it seems like once I start cheating I can't get back on track. Not this time though! I am ready to make healthy choices and MRC is a great way to start. Welcome back and good luck!
