So, I really like salty, crunchy snacks but they can be a caloric pitfall for me because they are usually high in calories, sodium and fat!
Trader Joe's Roasted Seaweed Snack is crunchy, salty and the package only has 60 calories, 4 grams of fat and 100 mg. of sodium. I realize that it's high in fat in proportion to the calories, but to satisfy a chip or nut snacky type of craving, it's a better choice for me!
Those of you who are thinking seaweed snacks sound nasty, please open your mind and palate and give it a try! For those who don't have a Trader Joe's nearby, these taste exactly the same
