Hi Lovlies!
I just wanted to remind you all that there are only 10 MORE DAYS until we begins a fresh new year!!! isn't that exciting. That means 10 more days until many of us end or begin our new year challenges. 10 more days that we should think of out workouts as our "Last Chance" workouts. If we can all try to keep our eating and workouts in check (even with the holidays approaching) i'm sure we can ALL bring this new year in TOGETHER with positive results, healthy new habits, and some downward changes in the scale.
Just wanted to remind you all that 10 days is enough to see, feel, and make a change. If you haven't reached the goals you've planned to reach this year (like me) then giving it your all this last 10 days can put you on a path towards accomplishing those goals in 2012.
