Up and At 'Em!!! A new exercise week is here! :cb:

I just got done doing the lower body workout with weights for The Firm and the 2 Mile Walk Away Tape. Time to hit the showers. I'm glowing. :o

Sue, I know you already hit the gym this a.m. right?:D Way to go!

Hi!! Did the Upper Body Workout with 3 lb. weights for The Firm Video--about 30 minutes. Then did the 3 Mile Walk Away tape--about 45 minutes.

Monday took 20/20/20 class -- 20 min. each step/kickboxing/toning. Today is my rest day.

Just finished doing my exercise stuff. I did the lower body workout from the BodySculpt tape, complete with 3lb. weights and the "Fanny Lifter". :strong: It absolutely makes my legs shake. Then I did the 2 Mile Walk Away tape.

Last night took a compound training class at the gym. It is a sort of boot campy thing with a combo of toning with dumbbells and body bar with cardio drills on the step. Great class. Tonight I take a spin class.

Did an hour at the Y at 5:30a.m. I am back after a few days off, not feeling too well. Boy it feels good to be back at my exercise routine. :strong:

Hi Guys! Well, I managed to get my sorry act in gear and do my workout. I actually did MORE today than usual--probably because I feel so bloated I was compelled! :rolleyes: I did the upper body workout from the Firm and also the Ab workout (or most of it) Then I did the 2 Mile Walk Away tape. Hope DH doesn't expect me to get much done around here today--I'm done! :^:

Its been a good exercise week. Going to the gym for a spin class in a few minutes. The rest of the week went like this:
Mon: weight training and kickboxing
Tues: off
Wed: compound training
Thur: spin class
Fri: interval step/toning class

Morning Exercise Goddesses!!! :flow1:
Just got done doing a major workout--did the lower body workout for the Firm with 3 lb. weights and the Fanny Lifter and then did the Ab Sculpt (again most of it) and then did the 3 Mile Walk Away Tape using the 2 lb. weights. All in all the workout took about 90 minutes. That is quite intense for me! :strong: Hope I don't turn into one big cramp later today! :^:
