New and loving it!
Hello there,
I just thought I would introduce myself and say that this site rocks! This is just what I have been looking for to motivate me in my journey to get healthy. I have been so depressed and down right discusted with myself that it has been a real rough year. I finally got diagnosed with hypothryroidism and was put on medicine that helps me to feel less tired all of the time. I hoping to get some of this weight off. My main plan of action is to work with Chalene Extreme DVDs. I have owned these for most of this year, but only tried to do the videos a number of times. My husband is willing to do them with me, which helps. So here I go. 12/16/2009
