My birthday! Did pretty well most of the day. Exercised in the morning. Ate the way I was supposed to for my HG. That is until the Japanese restaurant I went to came out with a free dessert. How could I say no? It would be disrespectful, right? Yes, I'm great at making excuses for myself. The bottom line was that I went slightly over even without my nighttime snack. If I have one (which I should for the hypo) I'll try to keep it light.
