Default 5 Pound Challenge #89
Everyone is welcome to join. Just post your Starting Weight (SW) and your Goal Weight (GW). Log in as often as you like and post your Current Weight (CW). The first person to reach their 5 Lb loss Goal Weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 LB Challenge.

I weighed in at the gym today and was so happy to see that I am down 6lbs since I started the last challenge.

I like the sounds of that. 234. It just rolls off the tongue. I am proud to say that I did pass my class. No school for 3 weeks. Yipees!!!!!

Great therapy workout today. 12 hour shift tomorrow then family in town for the holiday. Woot!!!! Had a very lovely potluck today after class. Did have a small amount of carbs. So am thinking another good cardio blast tonight should help. Especially since there will be no working out tomorrow. Have a great day everyone!!!
