I'm doing my own custom plan...I feel it's the only way I will succeed. I can't succeed doing it anyone else's way, I've come to find.
I stopped drinking soda. I'm weining myself down by drinking sweet tea and slowly switching off to unsweetend tea.
Also, whenever I'm craving something bad, I eat nuts or dark chocolate. My boyfriend cooks healthy meals for me, and it's great.
Last but not least, when I feel an emotional eating craving coming on, he and I just head to the bedroom.
That way, I don't eat anything I shouldn't, and I get a little extra exercising in! :O
