Taking the plunge!
Hello all,
I am brand new here and just wanted to say hello. I am a 33 y/o married mother of 3. I spend most of my time either at work, or running the kids to and from activities. I went through a divorce 4 years ago, and due to stress, got down to a very scary weight of 105. Flash forward to today, and I have skyrocketed to an unhealthy weight of almost 180 (for my 5'4" frame, thats a HUGE difference in a relatively short amount of time)
I am looking for encouragment, support and most of all tips on how to get the weight off and keep it off. I am an emotional eater, and unfortunately, I always seem to be emotional, LOL.
Any suggestions are welcomed!
