Vegetarian Chicks - Happy Herbivore blog

I just ran across this blog called Happy Herbivore. The recipes look pretty good! Has anyone seen it before or made any of the recipes?

No and no, but I'm sure it will be fun to browse more later. She does seem to use more vegan "products" than I care for (vegan mayo, vegan cheese, mock meats, etc.)

Oh, I did a quick sweep of the blog before I posted it and didn't see any vegan 'products'. I don't think I was clicking on those recipes :)

I do see she used gimme lean sausage for meatloaf and tofutti cream cheese for the cheesecake but a lot of the recipes do seem to be on the whole foods side. I really want to try the black bean brownies. They sound good.

thanks for the link. I can't wait to try the hippe loaf. It's hard to find a loaf recipe that isn't loaded with bread crumbs or other non-diabetic friendly fillers, and it looks fun :)

The woman who runs the blog was actually an acquaintance of mine in high school, so it was kind of funny to have run across it a couple months ago and think, "hey, I know her!"
