Sexy & Sweet (Valentine's Day Challenge- begins 12-11)
Okay girls, so I haven't been around here for very long, but I have belonged to a few other weight loss boards and have run a few challenges. And I have to say, I love to do long term challenges. I am thinking of running a challenge where our starting weights would be taken on 12/11 which is one week from today. And then we would weigh in every friday until 2/12/2010. Plenty of time to get people involved!
So I've run challenges two different ways and would like to leave it up to those interested in a long term challenge as to how to run it. I enjoy doing teams... I think it leaves an ultimate goal to strive towards. So, would you guys be interested in doing 2-3 large teams. Or would you rather do it in pairs? If we don't have an even number we could either do a team of three, or I could be my own team. Additionally I would like to set a weight loss goal for eight weeks for everyone. Leaning towards 5%, but maybe 4... what do you guys think? Oh, and on top of measuring as a team, I will be tracking everyone individually. And feel free to set a personal goal for us to track as well.
