Hey, I read the book and it just basically says eat right, exercise, and drink at least 8 cups of tea a day. Has anyone tried this? I've done it for a week or so now and haven't seen much of a difference weight wise (I am 136 and trying to get back down to 135 from Thanksgiving weight and might even want to get down to 130). Thanks, all!

Eating right (ie, a reduced number of calories) and exercising will certainly cause weight loss. The effect of the tea is, at least as far as research has shown us, probably pretty negligible.

Ah, OK. :) I was hoping that it would help a little bit with metabolism, but it was just wishful thinking. Thanks for the reply! ;)
