Smile Labor Day Challenge Week Three Check in!!!

OKay girls, Starting the week three check in. Hope everyone did well!

1) Lose 10 pounds total
Okay, I need to get a better goal. BEcause I"m almost there already. I think I set the bar too low

2) go to the gym at least 3x per week.
I hit that one with flying colors last week, but this week was harder.. but today is move out day..so I"ll be getting a good workout

3) Resist eating out
I only ate out once this week (last night) but it was at Chili's and i had the guiltless grill pita, barely ate any, and then I left it at a friends! D'oh.. I didn't mean to forget it ::

4) ONly drink 5 alcoholic drinks total
No problem there! I think I may have hit five, but not even

5) Not eat later than two hours before bedtime
I was totally rockin this one until last night when I ate and went right to sleep! But besides that, I made a conscious effort not to.

So, over all I did pretty well this week! Much, MUCH better than last time.

I'm mot changing my sig but the scale at the gym yesterday said 200! yah i almost did the toyota oh what a feeling jump bt i remained in control
todays my day off and i'm goign to the gym to do my new and extended workout
now i do anhour of cardio my water intakes getting better
foods been ok this week not great not bad

LUCY - YOU ROCK. Almost already at your weight goal.... amazing!

I'm not doing as well... but I have high hopes...

1) Swim 4x/week
DONE

2) WT 3X a week
Well, twice and then rock climbing one day, which give my muscles quite the workout.

3) Journal
NOPE - need to work on that!!!!

4) Lose 10 pounds by Labor Day
Well... I was 140 when I made the goal. I've lost 1.5, gained 1, and gained 2..... so that now equates to losing 11.5 pounds now.... in just 4 weeks. Probably won't happen... But as close as I can get will be good.

UGH! But now I have motivation: hooker shirt.

Unhappy Progress...

Not making much of it...

1) Lose 10 lbs...

Yeah, right, not with this plateau.

2) Go to gym 3x a week, add another form of exercise 3x a week.

I'm managing getting to the gym 3x a week (sometimes even more), but only doing the other form of exercise once...

3) Drink more water.

Not doing so well on this, either.


But I have an excuse for not doing so well on the Labor Day Challenge--I'm fed up with this plateau and haven't been really "gung-ho" about my weight loss because I haven't had anyhting to show for it. Hopefully things will improve...

I'm really embarassed to have to check in this week. Maybe that will help my motivation.

1) Lose 10lbs.
Haven't weighed yet but can tell from my clothes that I'm up.

2) ST 3x and Yoga 2x.
I've made it to yoga once but haven't done ST all week.

3) 5K running challenge.
Did not follow thru on week 2. However, have plans with friend and am starting over with week 1.
