Oatmeal with cranraisins & cinn. no sugar and 2 coffees with natural low cal sugar
1/2 replacement bar (150 cal, 15 carbs)
1 1/2 low salt sliced turkey with 1/4 c field greens lettuce - rolled up together, 2 melba crackers and light laughing cheese
water
Amy's frozen entry meal (all natural, vegetarian) 300 cal
salad with low fat feta and tomatoes with apple cider vineg and olive oil (just a bit)
water

I am doing a low carb diet of my own, using various protein drinks and bars during the day and light meals for the most part. :carrot:
