Medifast - Recipe Prep and Storage

I was just wondering, with all the great recipes on here, do you prepare a whole bunch for the week and just freeze everything. I work full time and have a long commute which make it nearly impossible to cook muffins or bread in the morning. I would love to make a whole bunch of stuff on Sunday and just pick at it all week.

Any suggestions??

Yes I know there are people that do freeze the breads and it works out great.

You should also make the soups ahead so they will taste better, keep in the frig and reheat to eat.

I make ahead turkey taco meat and freeze in serving size for a quick taco salad.
