Just wanted to introduce myself...

I'm 41 years old, and live in Arizona. Because of health related issues, I was forced to face reality and the scale!

I've been on WW at home since January and so far, have dropped 16 lbs, a size smaller jeans, and recently went down to the next lower point range.

This has got to be the best plan out there! I have finally found something that is easy to follow and never feel deprived. I even lost 2 lbs after a trip to Las Vegas!!! In the past, that never would have happened...I would have gained 20!

I have 40 lbs to go before I reach my goal weight. I am already planning my reward....a weekend of pampering at a spa

My weigh-in day is Sunday....I actually look forward to that now!

Hi -

I'm also a newbie to this forum. I am re-starting Weight Watchers this morning. I have been taking care of my parents and dropped out of WW some time ago. Now, I find that I've put back all the weight I lost!

I'm not going to be able to attend meetings due to my family situation but I want to do the program at home. I have all the tools - just need to apply them.

I am 51 years old (at least I will be on Tuesday) and need to lose 100 pounds.

Hang in there! I know what you are going through..I too, take care of my parents..between dr. appts, shopping, etc. never seems to be anything left for me. My dad also follows WW and so far, has dropped 40 lbs. At least we found something we can support each other with instead of fighting
