Gosh...I was gone from FSF for almost a whole month.
I didn't have internet access - talk about withdrawal!
I was in Michigan - my son was in the hospital for 3 weeks. He is doing well now & home...I am so grateful. I helped with my grandson, etc. DH came last week and we ALL had Thanksgiving together.
There wasn't enough chocolate to take away the anxiety and just plain being scared. I am telling you now...chocolate doesn't work. I feel ashamed that I once again turned to food to get me through the tough times. Will it ever change...I hope so. I have to make it change - it won't happen on it's own.
So, I am back home. It feels wonderful to have my easy chair, internet, routine back.
I am planning for a healthy December. I've done it before (a couple of years ago)- I will do it again. Yes, the key word is plan.

Sometimes I get so weary of the battle - but, I guess I don't want the food to win.
