Hey everyone I have only been lurking because honestly I had given up on my weight loss for a while

THE SCALE would not move from 172
Now after I got discouraged and gave up and the scale went back up to 178...
Then
I found a therapist and after 3 months of therapy I got on the Scale and Viola....I am at 160!!!
I am so happy about this because it felt so discouraging that I would work out and do 5 miles and 30 day shred and still wouldn't lose

I am doing five miles a day and I did really amazing at Thanksgiving....
Yay me
Thanks for looking
Hugs and kisses to all

:carrot::cp::broc::cp::cb: YAY YOU!
Congrats, Carrie, not only on the weight loss but the lesson learned - don't give up - it can be done, with lots of ups & downs but with determination and hard work, it can be done!:woohoo:

Thanks so much for sharing - it's fun to celebrate your victory with you - but also it motivates the rest of us to keep going and when we get discouraged, just get back up and try again.

Keep up the good work and we'll all be here to cheer you on!
