We have just over 4 weeks until the end of December and the new year begins.... let's make every day of those 4 weeks count!!
Every week you'll weigh in with your current weight and progress toward your goal. If you've already met your goal weight, why not challenge yourself to eat on plan for 4 weeks, exercise for a certain amount of time, or any other healthy challenge you can think of?
My goal is to lose 5 lbs in December (ambitious? maybe!) That will put me at 148 and just 10 lbs away from my final goal. My weigh ins will be on Fridays and I'll report here with my start weight, current weight and goal weight.
I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs by Xmas....Specifically 10 pounds because then I'll be at a 45 lbs loss (so far) and I definitely want to show off a little bit when I go back home and see people that haven't seen me since September lol. I suppose it's selfish, but it gets me motivated!
My goal this month is to maintain my current weight. Also, today is my first day of Insanity, which is really intense. I took my fit test yesterday so my goal is to improve my fit test results on days 15 and 30. I will do at least one Insanity workout 6 days a week, and also add in some strength training with ChaLean Extreme. I will really need to push myself to keep up with this workout!!
Howdy ladies. My goal is to be 197 by Dec 24th and not to gain any back between Dec 24th and my return from Christmas vacation on Jan 02. I'm weighed in at 203.6 this morning so that leaves me with about 7 lbs to go!
LB~ totally not selfish, I am the same way. I'll be going back to visit my extended family over New Year's and the last time they saw me, I was around 200 lbs, so I know the feeling! You'll do great!
Tiffany ~ you will have to let me know how you like Insanity... I am doing ChaLEAN Extreme right now which is from the same production company I believe. Thinking about moving on to P90x or Insanity after I complete CXE!
Carisaa ~ welcome! Yeah, hard to believe 2010 is just 4 weeks away! My 10 year high school reunion is next year...ugh...

I did my first Insanity workout yesterday! I'm kinda impressed with myself. I did most of it, skipping only 2 minutes at the end. And I kept up their pace for the most part. I'm a little sore today so hopefully I will feel up to doing the second workout tonight, plus CheaLean Extreme.
Hey all! I didn't participate in the Thanksgiving challenge because my goal at that point was to maintain at 137 (20 pound loss), but unfortunately, I've gained 6 pounds since then! I'm not happy at this weight and know I can pretty easily maintain 137, so my goal for December is to get back to around 137. I'll probably weigh in on Fridays, like Fat Pants. I'm hoping this will finally put me back on track as I was doing so well before this recent gain. The holidays won't do me in!
okay... i weighed in this morning at 212.8... thats -4 lbs in a week and a half. im really happy about it.. the only problem is that ive been eating badly & have not been exercising at all.. so i dont really understand it.
my actual weigh day is friday.. so i guess we'll see then!! :/
Ok everyone, my calendar keeps filling up with Christmas parties! Help! I've already volunteered to be the DD so I keep from drinking calories... now to build up the will power to say NO to candy and dessert!
