hi all i am Catherine and been on here more than once but this time feel that i have cracked it via a healthy eating plan called
LOW GL.I don't know if anyone else is or has heard of it but is is a step up from GI(glycemic index)
It sorts out what happens to the food when it goes into our bodies.
I have been on it less than 2 weeks and feel so full all the time,it has to do with keep blood sugar level controlled,
Hope this continues and would love to hear from anyone else or the USA equivalent thanks
