I journaled all my calories for today so I could figure out what I needed to change to not go horribly over. I haven't exercised yet and I'm only 100 cals over and that is with dessert and wine!
I also think some of the servings I tracked are much more than I would normally eat. Who can eat an entire cup of stuffing? No way. I usually take a small spoonful of the dishes so I might actually be under. HA!
