Support Groups - T.O.P.S. - Take Off Pounds Sensibly

I was a member over 10 years ago and I am considering going back.

Any current members here? Have things changed?

Hi Dennise - I have been a member since September 2008 - I have no idea if things have changed since you were a member.

I was doing ww but found the meetings getting expensive & they were really pushing their products so joined TOPS and been going since. I enjoy the meetings, contests and support.
