Read up on Dr. Johnson's Alternative Day Diet, an on-day off-day fasting regime, which boasts amazing results--both weightloss and health-wise.
Has anyone had any results with this??

I've tried this and every version thereof: e.g. not eating during the week, only on weekends. The problem is that with a food addict not eating is asking for trouble. And, even though you would think you would lose a lot of weight, I didn't. I don't know if my body just shut down my metabolism when I didn't eat or what.
