I am new here. I heard about this site a few weeks ago at a meeting have been reading posts and waiting to be able to post my self. am looking for people to talk with always. Im a chatty thing.I have been following program for 16 weeks and doin fine although havent lost anything this past week. No worries though my name stands for Keep On Trying Yes ! Don't get discouraged with the week of no loss--it happens. That's one of the funniest things about WW--lose a lot and then lose none, but you will do it.
You will meet some of the most interesting and inspiring people on these boards. We have all been there, done that, and are willing to bare our souls. We need to eat healthy and be healthy for ourselves and the people who love us. NO matter what the reason we had to get heavy, we all got there. Now, as a loving group, let's get thin and healthy and help the weaker. I love these boards and it brightens my day to read all of your comments.
