Could someone please run this through MC for me. Especially interested in carb count. 1 2-lb chuck roast cut in cubes 1 onion chopped 1 bag frozen cut okra 1 large can chopped tomatoes Cook beef cubes and onion in water to cover until very tender. Add okra and tomatoes and simmer 30 mins. The original recipe calls for diced potatoes; but, I leave them out to cut down on carbs. Easy and DELICIOUS!! Thanks in advance!! P.S. Sorry this ran together!!! How do I get it to stay in separate lines like I typed it??!!??

Here's what I get for the entire recipe:
total calories 1296.5
total protein 88g
total fat 74.2g
total carbohydrate 76.9
total fiber 20.5g
I assumed 16 ounces okra and 28 ounces canned tomatoes

Thanks midlife (I'm there too)!!!!! Did not think the carb count would be that high!!!! fountain
Whoa!! Just read again! I assume the counts are for the entire recipe. This had lots of servings when I made it!! Maybe the carb count would not be that high for a single serving??!! Midlife is a good name!!!
