South Beach Diet - Can I have turkey on Thanksgiving Day?

I'm on P1 and will still be on P1 when Turkey Day comes about.

Yes you can - white meat only and no gravy or stuffing. (It's on the Phase I Food List.) There are lots of vegetables and salads to fill up the plate.
