Hi Everyone! I am new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself as I plan on using this great resource lots and lots.
Several years ago, I did the Atkins program with great success, but "fell off the wagon." So here I am, 70 lbs and 2 kids later with a great deal of weight to lose. I just finished my first 2 weeks of induction with a loss of 13 lbs!! So, I am so excited to be back to "lowcarbing it."
