Is there any way I can have my meal plan that they create contain no gluten? I've looked around on the site & I don't know if it's just something I'm gonna need to track on my own or if I'm missing it somewhere...

Thankssss :]

I think that is something you would have to ask sparkpeople.

sparkpeople is another diet website .It has no connection to 3FC.

I'm aware of that. You suggested that I ask sparkpeople, but I've looked on the site & posted on their boards with no response. I don't know who at sparkpeople to ask or even how to ask them.

The reason I posted here is because I know a lot of people here use sparkpeople, so someone else might know.

Unfortunately I don't think they cater to specific diets like that in their menu plans.

Oh wait I found this:

That group might be able to help you?

Yw- I mean I follow a low carb diet and don't use their plans cuz most of the stuff isn't low carb- I just have my carb count on the site adjusted for my personal use.

Oh yeah.. I don't usually eat what they have listed, but I use the calorie counter to track and sometimes get a good recipe from it
