Default neck skin sagging -age related

Hi,

i am wondering if what is happening to me is normal!

i'm 34 now, and within the past one year, the skin under my chin where my chin meets my neck has begun to sag!

is it normal for aging to happen this quick?!

I don't think it's weigh loss related, as i have not recently lost any weight, i think it's aging. it's not a double chin, i think it looks like the start of what they call "neck banding" along the vertical neck muscles in the front of the neck.
it makes me want to keep my chin tucked, rather than hold my head up high

just wondering what other womens experiences with this have been.
has anyone considered or done plastic surgery for it?
it makes me feel so old. the rest of my face looks like a 30 yr old though, i guess i should be happy for that
