Weight and Resistance Training - Back to weight training after a 2 month hiatus!

So, I'm approaching 13 weeks pregnant (finally in the 2nd trimester - almost!) and haven't worked out since 6 weeks along. Long story short, I had a bleeding episode and was told by the doctor to sit my bum down and stay out of the gym until 12 weeks! Boy, that was a brutal change for me! :o However, the baby is more important!

I have done 4 workouts this week and feel great!

Look forward to training with the ladies again :dizzy:

Congratulations to you! Don't be too hard on yourself though in your sessions. Be careful.
