Hello All. I decided to post my 80 lb weight loss progress pics. Plus I wanted to put one on there when I went out on Friday night.

Thank you all. I do feel alot better now and I have alot more energy. I have not been this low for about 7 years. It is amazing that in the beginning of my journey this felt like I was on a diet now it is just a way of living.

I am not doing a specific program. I just eat less then I was before (OK ALOT less then I was before) You can kinda say I am count calories. But I excerise ALOT. I work out at home Monday through Saturday and take Sunday off.
