Mini-Goal Photo Album - After Losing 89 Pounds I Got a pic that I feel I Look Normal in...NO MORE HEAVY ME!

I posted pics at 84 pounds lost but still felt I looked heavy in them. Not majorly But Still had improvements to make.
After this pic was took today~I feel Normal...I thought I looked good To where I Wasn't noticeably Overweight(even though my BMI Still says I have 20 pounds to go to be normal~hahaha) I Felt Great about myself today.
I still plan to get to my goal But wanted to share I Am Happy Regardless~I feel Normal size for the first time in my life.

It's amazing how much those extra 5 pounds have done. ( I JUST DECIDED TO EDIT THIS POST & ADD ANOTHER BEFORE PIC~I was about 240's In that pic in the burgandy top~That pic was took in 2007 On Christmas day But I was 259 in the other pic that is on my profile & that pic was took in 2008 about 2weeks before I started counting calories...But this shows my whole body more or less.Just click it also to make it bigger.)
I am wearing 8's & 9's Now.
I started out in a 22 more or less(MY 20's was too tight But I had no money for 22's)So I have come along ways....Done all this in 1 year and 4 days.
Counting calories & Walking.( I walk indoors~NO excuses that way):D
About a week before I started my journey
I had to take off my wedding rings because they was cutting into my finger And now I need to resize them Cause they fall off.....So never give up....ANYONE CAN DO THIS!!! Hugs to all.

I have a few days where I have cheated LOL~but Little cheats~Only by like 100 calories or so...And I always got back on track Quickly & Only maybe 15 days or so out of a little over a year~So not an ever other day thing~WE MUST STAY FOCUSED!!!!! So if you have a down day~Just Never give up and start over IMEDIATLEY!!! The key is never give up Cause you can do it.:D

What a difference. You do look so much younger. Isn't it amazing how weight adds to the age we look? I knew I was in trouble when I was not getting carded anymore....of course now turning 40 in a couple of months, I don't think weight loss will change that for me...but hey....one can hope.

As far as jewelry I adore jewelry and usually wear it in place of makeup since I have worn makeup only a few times in my life.
Thats a charm bracelet/Watch~ I ADORE IT! It's one of my favorites~goes with most anything. I Collect Silver jewelry~real and Fake.
I have a ton of real though. As far as the hubby~The answer to that is YEP HE COULDN'T And that what I was going for LOL~He is the cutest /sexiest/sweetest guy in the world and We have been married almost 17 years...I am sooooooo thankful to have got to have a cute day for him for once~Although he swears I am cute heavy or small...hahaha.(like I said he is sweet)

Im trying to push my body, by joining a boot camp and taking a jazz class - if I can't reach my goal of 50 in 6 months with these two additions to my change of eating habits and regular workouts then I am just a lost soul.

I did ride an exercise bike for a few weeks Awhile back but it kept hurting my shoulder so I had to let it go.LOL~Actually just switching my calories The 1st month Helped me lose 13.3 Pounds...With no exercise....But I Started walking to help tone me as I lost But it has helped burn lots of calories.
SO JUMP ON THAT TREADMILL COUNT THOSE CALORIES & MESSAGE ME SOON AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES!!!! I AM SOOOO PROUD OF YOU ALREADY!!!
