20-Somethings - 20 lbs down! 14 lbs to go before New Years!

Just wanted to share that as of this morning I have lost 20 more lbs! I am at 263 today. Down from 283 in June. It has taken a while, but every lb counts! And I certainly am happier at 263 than 283! My short term goal is to be 259 by Thanksgiving and 249 by Christmas. We will see how it goes!

Luvja- You've been my girl FOREVER now. And I wanted to take a moment to let you know that you are doing awesome! I am so proud of you! Going smoke free must be challenging. I'm just glad that you love yourself enough to quit. YOU GO GIRL! And to be near 228 on top of that..... spectacular! Remember, we have the same goal but I think you'll hit Onderland before me. That's okay... just save me a place! :)

Great job!!!! I keep telling myself "Slow & Steady wins the Race!!!"...and remember, the lbs didn't pack on over night, so they won't come off over night!!! :)
