Hi all;

Today I had:

B-Melba toast with cheese- 150 cal + HNS 60 cal

S-Protein bar- 100 cal

L-Chicken with some vegies and Parm cheese and orange- 250 cals(?) + HNS 60 cal

Snack-Protein shake - 100 cals

Dinner- Protein soup and more melba toast- 150 cals (?) + HNS 60 Cals

Snack - Protein shake- 100 cals
=============================
Protein 100 gr and Cals 1030 or so.

Walked 2.5 miles with dog Rosie

So far I am hungry and planning on another HNS and fiber at 5 pm.

You guys eat better than I do- I need to start using the cookbook! I basically eat the same every day
Today

B -4 Melbas with melted cheese- yum + HNS at work

S- HNS finished

L- Protein bar and water, water

S- cottage cheese with pineapple

D- soup w/ parm cheese and HNS

2 miles walking with Rosie

Breakfast
-6 oz cottage cheese, 45 cal toast with ICBINB spray with splenda and cinnamon, yummy, HNS, coffee, vitamins

Lunch
-8 oz. tomatoes with 3 oz mozzerella cheese drizzled with basil, garlic, vinegar & oil, apple, HNS, vitamins

Snack
-HNS

Dinner
-6 oz. roasted turkey (cheated w/a bit of skin), 2 oz. green beans, 2 oz. broccoli, bread w/ICBINB, HNS

Oops, forgot vitamins @ dinner, I better go take them now.

Water, I changed to a larger bottle today so I think I've had at least 96 oz.

Breakfast- egg w/ cheese and piece of 40 cal bread (toast) HNS
Snack- String Cheese
Lunch- tuna w/ mustard and chopped up green pepper and lemon pepper seasoning (FYI I didn't know I needed to buy the salt-free - whoops) HNS
Snack- got sidetracked and spaced it
Dinner- HNS before MRC class and Jimmy Johns Beach Club un-wich (so good!) 4 melba toast and a string cheese
