Hello everyone...I wanted to make a quick introduction. My name is Yesenia and I am 26 years old. I work full time and I am a mother to two beatuful girls (5 and 2). I've been struggling with my weight since my 2nd daughter was born and I finally decided I want to lose the weight for real! I started induction last week and totally fell off over the weekend when family came over. Although a little frustrated, I've started up again. I also started running again as my main mode of working out. That sums myself up for the most part. I did want to know if anyone experiences "extra" weight loss when they work out on a regular basis? (I've been running about 5 days a week).
