Hi all,

I'm in breakfast ****! The only things i've been eating (OP) are the LAWL breakfast bars and egg whites.

What are you eating?

Hi There!

Breakfast is very limited for me as well. I generally have the eggs (protein), cheese toast (starch + dairy), french toast (starch + protein), or a fruit salad. Sometimes, I'll mix the no-fat yogurt (dairy) with a LA Lite Shake and throw some fruit in that.

This is about the limit of my imagination. So far, I've just been rotating these ideas for a little variety. I hope these suggestions help!

I'm not such a fan of breakfast, so I usually have an LA Lite and a piece of fruit. If it's a hard workout day, I just do the fruit and have the LA Lite as a snack after exercise. My other meals are SO boring though... same thing every day: eggs or chicken, whatever veggies we have in the house :)

I am on the purple plan....so I usually have an LA Lite for breakfast around 6am then a piece of fruit around 9 or 10 am. Sometimes on the weekend I will have an egg and a piece of toast for breakfast. Just depeneds. I miss cereal!!!

Thanks for all your responses guys! At least I see that i'm not the only one having trouble finding things for breakfast, there's not that much to choose from. LOL

Jibbelle-i'm on the Gold plan and i'm allowed cereal 3x a week. Doesn't the purple plan allow that? What's in the purple plan anyway? I thought it was more food?

Yeah....but low sugar cereals....ick! :lol: I want captain crunch and fruity pepples.

Jibbelle- Kashi cereal is pretty good. Go Lean Crunch is excellent and it has a little touch of sweetness w/ a lot of crunch.
